Are you getting discouraged from entering contests? I will admit that I get in a funk every now and then and will give up for a few days. Then I'll re-evaluate myself and try again. Some things to consider that you might be doing wrong. Make sure you are entering contests that you are eligible for. If contests are restricted to certain states, Canada, or business owners and you don't qualify, then you are wasting your time. Also make sure you enter as often as you can. If you only allow yourself a few days a week to enter contests, you aren't entering enough. Set aside a time to enter contests daily.
If you are using Robo-Form or another autofill program, make sure your information is correct and always check the info before you hit submit. I notice that sometimes my phone number is not filled in correctly. Most times the forms for the contests will kick it back to you, but what if it doesn't?
Are you one of those people who have several different emails to enter contests? If the rules say enter once, don't use a different email to enter again. That is a good way to get disqualified. Another way to get disqualified is if you enter the contest too many times. If the rules in contests say enter one time a day, don't enter several times a day – you are ruining your chances of winning. Obey the rules, they are there for a reason.
I'm bad about only entering Instant Win contests and Facebook contests because that's where I spend most of my time. When I get in a slump, I start looking around at other types of contests. Sweepstakes Advantage has so many different categories for contests and they are all worth entering!
Do you sign up for Newsletter contests? I can't be positive, but it would probably be best if you stayed on their newsletter list at least until the contests are over. I know Facebook contests work like that. They want you to be a fan at the time of the prize giveaway. It makes sense that newsletter contests feel the same way. I generally unsubscribe from about one newsletter a day so as not to unsubscribe from the wrong one – that way I can keep up with things better.
My final advice is to always be happy for others who win contests.
