*YES* Is this legitimate? Tahiti Dreams Contest

Hello,

I just received this email and I'm hoping it is legitimate. If it is, I'm thrilled. This sweepstakes listed on SA and I did enter it. I missed the original deadline due to Thanksgiving, but I emailed her back and she said I caught her just in time. This whole business about the $2 and skill-testing question make it seem like a scam.

"We are the independent judging organization for all the Ensemble Travel contests and promotions in the U.S. and Canada. We have just made the draw in the Tahiti Dreams contest and have selected your entry as a possible winner. As per the rules of the contest (attached), we have to get you to answer a skill-testing question and sign some waivers of liability. I have to pay you for your signatures - so I have to send you a $1 bill with the forms! Therefore I cannot email or fax you the forms. Before I mail the envelope, I want to make sure that you are willing to sign the forms and accept the Paul Gauguin Cruises prize (see the attached rules)."

Thanks for any words of wisdom.

teristeb Do you live in Canada? Those sound like rules in Canada.

Is this the Contest: https://fb-750285.strutta.com/rules The drawing takes place in Canada and it does state that there will be a skill testing question and that the contest was open to both residents of USA and Canada (except Quebec). This is a real contest.
Congratulations on your wonderful win!!
