Received an email that I had won a 125 World Cup Jersey. When I tried to redeem the gift card at the shop.international site, the certificate number was invalid. Can't get any response from XYIENCE and the retail site had no knowledge of the contest.

Use the email that informed you of the win to contact them. They're a legit company with a real product, so it will probably be an easy thing to correct. It just might be that the gift cards are not activated until a certain date or a simple oversight on their part. Either way, contact them and congrats! Enjoy your jersey!
 
I've been entering also & rules says the 6 winners will be announced on Aug 8 so be careful if they're asking for personal info/money. Contest is still running.
 
XYience is actually running two similar contests at the same time. They're both jersey giveaways, but one seems to offer you a choice of what to enter for and the other does not. Also, they're having multiple drawings. They just had a drawing according to the rules on July 20th, so that is probably when you won and why you were notified. Your certificate might not be active until the sweeps is over, but you should reach out and ask.
