Gratz on your win!! A garbage bowl is just a bowl to put your scraps in such as potatoe peels/onion skins/egg shells etc... as you are preparing meals etc....this keeps you from having to run back and forth to the garbage can Rachel Ray keeps a garbage bowl on her counter as she is cooking on her show 30 minute meals...
