Awhile back I won a 25.00 movie gift card from the Kobo books on the big screen contest.
Come to find out it was only good in Canada. I emailed then they were so nice they sent me a new gift card that was good by my house and some extra concession cash. I in return sent them their card back and they offered to refund my shipping to my Kobo account (which was only 3.00) When I had to admit I did not own a kobo (which is an e reader) They said they would send me an e reader touch which costs $100. I couldn't believe there are still great sponsors out there. I know it's not really a win but this is for all the people who have had bad experiences with contests. Sometimes things work out!! :sunny:
