Been there. You are going to love it. The Titanic Attraction was really good. That part of Tennessee is beautiful. Been there 3 times. Have a great time.
 
Dollywood is beautiful and make sure you go to Gatlinburg while you're there. Just take the trolley bus.

I grew up near the NC boarder and use to go up the mt's all the time. If you can, go to Cherokee. Its not far and its wonderful. Theres lots of hokey tourist shops but the play "Unto These Hills" which is about the cherokee people and the trail of tears is amazing. You'll also be right there at the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Great Smokey Mt National Park (which is the most visited national park in the US!!).
