Won but never recieved prize

sometime back i won sports authority prize package. I responded to their Email, but i never received the prize package. I have contacted the email that was orginally sent to me, but nobody responds to my request. What do I do now?

I too, also won from them and never received my prize. I also contacted the e-mail address and contacted them on facebook. I had won a baseball bat last March. So I have pretty much gave up on that win.
