Won a trip but haven't got any travel arrangements yet

I entered a sweeps on Facebook sponsored by Wise Foods. It was a trip to London at the end of June to see the Red Sox play the Yankees. They messaged me saying I won. Then some guy from Entercom/Radio.com in Boston emailed me and asked for my travel companions name and our birthdates. I have been waiting for four weeks now for our flight and hotel information! I've contacted him several time and he just says "we'll take care of you". Never asked me to sign an Affidavit or any other docs. I've won two trips before and have always had the arrangements done right away. Beginning to think this is a scam or not going to happen, but it's a reputable company that sponsored the sweeps. Anything similar happen to anyone else? I only have a few weeks left until this trip is supposed to take place and am getting concerned.

Not sure if this sweeps from Wise Foods was posted on here since I entered it on Facebook, but I can't believe I won a trip to London at the end of June to watch the Red Sox play the Yankees (go Red Sox!!) I've never been overseas and have always dreamed of going to London. I'm taking my oldest daughter who has always wanted to go to London too. Beyond excited!!
