Winner's circle problems??

I see some new wins being posted, just a few minutes ago so maybe if there was a problem it has been resolved - are you able to see them? Here's the latest, for example:
i won a surfboard!! awesome...i wasn't expecting that, i never got to try it before, so this will be an awesome opportunity to try it...worth $1000 so i'll have to pay taxes tho
OK, thanks, I will bring it to the attention of the admin when the problem is a little more clear.
Is this what you mean ---
---You can see Winner's Circle Posts listed when you are in the forum, and you click on New Posts, and the all new posts are listed including Winner's Circle.
---You can't see Winner's Circle posts listed when you are on the Index page and look in the box that says, "Winner's Circle," (the place where the box has pictures that change...a bunch of people with confetti and balloons, a computer and a smiley face, silhouettes...).
---You can see new posts when you go to the Winner's Circle, and you can see each entire post. (I originally thought this was the problem...busy today, reading too quickly!)

Yes, in the Winner's Circle posts it's been like that for a while...this is the one listed at the bottom..nothing showing up since then. http://www.sweepsadvantage.com/forum/sweepstakes-winners-circle/63511-4-wins-24-hours.html
