I am so confused! I got this email - big feet media llc wants to let you know that you are the lucky winner of
our Photographers Gathering Place Kickoff!

Congratulations! You are one of the winners of the big feet media llc sweepstakes and won 5 Prizes!!

Then they sent me an email with 5 email addresses and the note - You can contact the following for your prizes.

What exactly do I say in the email? How do I politely request my prizes? I'm happy that I won, just not sure on what to do next. Thanks for any help!
