Win from Camel IWG but not showing in UP2rewards?

I won one today too. When I tried to activate it, it did not work. I waited two hours and then it worked for me. I was able to use to buy a GC to the Gap. Maybe try waiting a couple of hours and see if it is there.
 
i won on 12.9.2013 and have been emailing them with screen shots ever since but they said being i did not claim the prze within 30 days i can't have it now which is a joke because i started to email them from day one

I contacted both camel & the promo company and all I keep getting is coupons, but I quit smoking 4 wks ago.... They suck!
 
I have 2 $50 wins that are stuck and never show up in the Up2you list. Multiple phone calls and emails with no help. I realize it is their contest and they are giving stuff away for free, but I have to agree with the sucky comment.
 
When I won 25 last year I got it with no hassle... Now...,I have problems like everybody else. Oh boy, I don't know if this is worth the hassle but I'll try and see how it goes

I've only had an issue once - it was when I tried to redeem right after I won. I waited at least a day & then was able to redeem that win.

When I won the $15 on 2/8, I waited a few hours and had no problem.

I think it takes time for the prepaid codes to get updated as issued b4 they will be released or something?
