Why don't i get a sa newsletter

:scratch: this might sound stupid but...........i haven't received a newsletter in awhile so i wen to make sure i was signed up and it said... This e-mail address is on the global exclusion list....

I had that problem with my previous ISP (and every other problem in the world :cussing got around it by signing up using a different email/username.
