Where's my prize?????

Back in Sept. I received an e-mail saying I won the "Crunchies" prize from SimplyGluten Free. I waited and waited and never received anything. I e-mailed the Editor from Simply Gluten Free who said she would "look into it". (I sent a copy of the original e-mail she sent to me listing me as a winner).
To date I still have not received my prize nor have I received another word from the Editor, whom I have written to several times. I was so excited about winning...now ????????? Thought I'd post this here to see if I can get some advice.

I won a gift basket from them last year. Never received it,
never got replies to my inquiry emails either.
I don't waste my time on them anymore.
 
Try posting a lighthearted, friendly message on their facebook page, this worked quickly with another sponsor and they sent some additional items. I had sent emails and got no response.

FB is awesome because you can post {nicely} to their wall and {usually} get a good resolution - you'll probably have to comment under one of their posts, since most don't allow others to start convos, but give it a try, gl!!!
 
Also, admin prefers only winners posts in the winners forum, so I moved your thread here, where it is more likely to be seen & answered
 
This happen to me with a win, with Sports Authority last year. I persistently emailed the administrator of the sweepstakes and Sports Authority, eventually I was sent 2 $25 gift cards. Good luck with that.
