S sweetcute New member Jun 4, 2016 #1 Is it on the bank or the courthouse? Three years ago i just went to the bank and let them notarized it without no hassles i guess this time its different because we have to go to a notary public now. Is it any notary public right?

C curmudgeon New member Jun 5, 2016 #2 Any Notary will do. Your bank, a Real Estate office, a Title Company - anywhere you can find one.
