Where is "comment section of the sweep" for Quick

The codes for Bonus Monthly Grand Prize of Quick and simple, I have searched around but don't see it. When I asked about it before it was listed then and also I was told she was going to put the codes in the comment section of the sweep.
I still don't know where to look, where do I find the comment section of a particular sweep? Thanks!!
