When to contact sponsor about prize

I have 2 prizes that have been sitting on "label created" for 3 weeks. One was created 8/23, the other 8/24. It appears to be from the same company that sent out my previous camel sweepstakes wins, which were in transit within days of the label being created and arrived within a week or so. I know the rules stated prizes will be sent 4-6 weeks after winner verification and it has been 8 weeks since my last win from their sweeps. I don't know if anyone has seen delay on other Camel wins? I don't want to seem pushy, but also wonder if there was an issue with the prize fulfillment company.
 
kjarman84 - who is the prize fulfillment company? Are they possibly impacted by the recent hurricanes?

If you have their site/CONTACT US info I wouldn't wait & if they give you the run around, THEN I'd bring CAMEL in.

The company is listed as AM3 out of Burlington, NC. It was the same company when my headphones came in and the headphone amp. I think one is the utility speaker, but not sure what the 4th one is. I'll try to give the company a call on Monday if they aren't available tomorrow.
 
Update:

One of the labels was due to a printing error and the shipping label had to be recreated which was a prize I already received (headphones).

Other one is indeed the utility speaker and they have had those on back order.. They're on the way to the fulfillment company and should hopefully be shipping out in the next week or two.
