I received an e-mail from SONY that I was a potential winner on September 9th. Today I returned a call from ESG that had affidavit type questions. After I answered all the questions they confirmed I was a second prize winner. This was a one entry per person type sweep. My prize is a $250 Visa gift card...see below.
