What to do when you win sweepstakes, but don't receive the prize?

I won a sweepstakes several months ago (Mar. 1st) and have not received the prize which was supposed to be received within 60 days. I have tried to contact the sweepstakes host (major magazine) through the only email they give for sweeps questions and get no response. Any one else go through this? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Ah a magazine sponsor - they generally do quid pro quos with whomever is giving away the actual prizes, so it's a crapshoot on getting them in a timely manner!
