What kind of luck have you had contacting someone at Prizelogic?

I won a significant prize on Sunday morning and have written Prizelogic several times with what I think are fairly simple questions. I've received two replies so far and both have been a simple copy and paste of the official rules of the contest. Unfortunately my questions are not answered in the official rules (I've read them over and over). Finally I contacted the sponsor who told me they contacted Prizelogic and that someone from Prizelogic would be in touch with me soon. But again haven't heard a peep, no calls, no e-mail. UGH!!
 
Never had to contact them, they have always been pretty efficient on their end with awarding prizes.
 
I had excellent responce from Prizelogic and eprize on a few questions I have had recently. Good Luck and hope you get your answer and congratulations on your win.
