What is the Longest time u have ever gone without entering contests?

Argh!!! Early this morning after I got done using the computer to do one or two contests, I gave it back to my family member-since I share computers. Well, needless to say, I must have picked up a virus or something as the computer wouldn't browse. After we I GuESs reverted the drive to five hrs. earlier.. it worked. However, I'm now banned from using the family computer. All I can use is our slo-ooo-owwww as christmas desktop. It will literally freeze up normally and I'll still be sitting there fifteen minutes later. therefore, until I can get another computer hopefully by next week i dont know if then. I am out of luck. I was already like 3 days behind entering.now this. I know I can live without sweeps, but really I can't...How long have u had to live w.out sweeping.?? But, one bit of good news is that with my own computer hopefully I can download an auto fill program. This clickity clicking is very hard. It truly is and it's impossible.I literally say forgot entering at all b/c i hate typin and stuff, hope that works out..well, for now I will manage LOLOL....Good luck everyone.Have a great day:)

I hope you're entering ALL the computer sweeps! Good luck on a new one! I don't sweep on the weekends (family time) so Mondays and Fridays are a little busier than usual. The longest I've gone since I began was about a week probably...got burned out.
 
I use an ancient computer for sweeps. Its not the easiest way to do things, but it gets the job done. There are programs that you can get that will block all those pesky video ads so your old computer doesn't freak out. I use RoboForm just fine on this one, I just can't load more than a couple pages at a time. The longest I've gone without entering contests was when I was in Italy (a huge trip win). I used an online cafe to check my email a couple times. I loved the trip, but couldn't wait to start back up when I got home. Sweeps are addicting! :) Good luck!
 
I've been sweeping online for almost 15 years. The longest I went without sweeping was while I was on vacation. So that would be for 3 weeks. The funny thing is that when I am on vacation or away from home I rarely even think about sweeping. I'm not nearly obsessed with sweeping as I use to be but that's mostly because there isn't too many things I want or need. I can always use cash and gift cards so that's mostly what I enter for. I don't stress out if I miss a day or two. If I had to enter without Roboform or some other autofill program, I would probably quit sweeping. The older I get the lazier I become.
 
This thread reminds me of when I started entering online in 2004 - 3 of us sharing a PC, a teenager constantly clicking things he shouldn't have, and me putting the 1 1/2 years I spent at g4tv's tech forums learning security to good use! :p

I didn't use robo for my 1st 6 months or so - boy, the difference was amazing!!!

So... did you get a new comp Doll?
 
Well, we decided 2 order a laptop. SOOOO cannot wait to get it when it finally gets here. I'll have a lot of use for it too. Well, the slow computer that I talked about has been working a little better so I got caught up. Still, thankful to be getting new one,etc.it's a huge purchase but worth it, I guess I could have made do with the desktop but yeah exciting that it's gonna be new..Anyways, I know nothing about computers...haha on/off button is about it. But, I love the computer!!I don't know what I'd do without SA, best website on the Internet. -& when I get the robo form or something similar I can enter more-- ahh can't wait!. Good luck you all.
