What Happened?

Back in May, I was informed that I was the winner of the Pecan Sweeps. I filled and filed all the necessary forms, and in June, I received 12 lbs of pecans. I was also to receive a box of snacks for a year (12 boxes) from American Pecans.
So, July rolls around and I got a box of snacks; same with August.
Since then, NOTHING.
I have written to the contact person twice, but neither was responded to.
I then wrote to American Pecans, asking what was going on . . . NOTHING.
What do you suggest I do?

Nothing much you can do except tell everyone on all the sweeps message boards so they will know not to waste their time. At least you got something, though!
