Does this mean I can't use a form filler and have to enter info by hand?
 
No. It just means that you personally are the one that is supposed to be submitting the form--not a sweepstakes service.
 
a lot of times the sponsor will change up the entry codes so when the fields are filled they will put in wrong info under certain fields or leave some of them blank. other wise it is hard to tell without a security code needing to be typed in.
 
Also, just like cars have VIN numbers, computers have their own unique identifying number. If they want to check, they can follow that number to its origin.
