Wendy's Combo Up Codes are coming in email

I got an email from Wendy's with the code for the 50 Rhapsody tracks I won. So, be sure to check your email, and especially your junk mail, you might easily over look it.

I got a question. Am i allowed to give the Wendy's Combo Up Rhapsody code to my brother to use on his account at rhapsody, or does the code have to be redeemed in my account, since I won? or is it just a code anyone can use?
I wanted to give it to him as part of a birthday present.

I think its just a code to use.. Alot of people dont have accounts so.... I think it would be fine to give it to him.
