Won on the Wendy's Big Score but because of my brain injury and my memory problems I can't remember which console I selected during registration. My son might be happy about this win if I picked the right console. LOL

The email does say, "If you have any questions, please feel free to reply to this email. Just be sure to keep the original subject line." Maybe you could check with your son, and then reply to the email with the right console.
 
I had the same problem with the Wendy's sweep last summer and e-mailed E-prize and they were wonderful about clarifying which console I had chosen and asking if it needed to be changed.....
