:cussing: On November 19 I won one of the weekly prizes on the Shell game ($160.00 of Shell gas cards) Today I get in the mail... a $5.00 Shell gift card :scratch: Talk about disappointing :cry:
 
Yep, it never hurts to email them and ask. There is probably a $5 g/c winner out there with your same last name going "WOW!!!" :error:
 
I second the recommendation to contacting the prize dispersement company and asking them to check their records again - be sure to look over your reward email to check about whether you were one of their Weekly winners, or if you were an instant hourly prize winner. It's also possible that you misread or misinterpreted what you were getting. :(

Change my anger to embarrassment :laughing: Apparently my daughter won a $5 gift card and since she is under 18 it came in my name. :whistle:

That'll teach me to jump the gun :laughing:

Hey! We all make mistakes like that, but I'm assuming that means YOU should still be getting the weekly prize that you won! So it's not all bad! :)
