Webstakes???????????

for the past couple of days when i go to enter the webstakes scratch offs it says "We have withdrawn the webstakes...." does that mean that it's no longer a instant game? I can't log in either, so i don't know if it's permanent. at first i thought they were just having trouble with the website, but it looks like they are no longer sponsoring the instant

I saw that.. it's so weird. I wonder if you are right and the sponsors pulled out? hmmm... interesting.
