Verizon Best Seat in the House Pizza Cash problem

Hello- I have a little problem. I went online & checked the participating pizza places that were listed as participating in the Pizza Cash Coupons [aka instant win game, Verizon Best Seat in the House], and none of them will honor it.
I live in Central CA.
Any ideas, or has anyone else had this problem?

Since it is only open to a few states and Oregon is not included I can't enter. According to the rules you can go to this link to find participating Pizza places: http://useyourcash.com/uyc/ If you have already found one that says they won't take it then you will need to contact the sponsor and let them know.

I have a couple of them that I won from Huggies. I gave them to my parents when the took my kids to CA over the summer. They couldn't find anyone that would take them. I'm going to try a place here in FL and if they won't take them I'm planning on contacting Huggies. I was excited about the win and it has turned out to be a hassle unfortunately.

Although its a different sponsor/contest, I'd like to know what you find out.
