UPS delivery notice from Cohn & Wolfe (NYC) ?

haven't been home and I have a UPS notice that a 2nd attempt was made to leave 1/2 lb package- checked tracking and it originated from NYC- wondering if anyone has recently rec'd anything this way from a Cohn & Wolfe agency in NYC? thanks

hi justiceserenity thanks for posting that, I don't recall entering that but its nice to see that Cohn/Wolfe have to deal with sweeps fulfillment so I'm glad about that
 
I just got a UPS notice for a 15.00 pound package coming from COHN & WOLF and I have no idea what it is, I have won a few things but i'm not suppose to get those prizes until a few more weeks from now.
