A quick search of current and expired sweeps for "sincerely" didn't bring up anything from 2014.

A Google search for "Sincerely, Inc." brought up information on a SF company that makes things like apps to send photos from your mobile phone:

thanks arrtup3... i found that too and was hoping to maybe see some type of sweepstake from them.. Anyhow.. I'll keep you guys posted when it gets here tomorrow.
