I contacted CBS that was suggested to me by an SA member. They got back to me within 20 mins. They apologized about my prize, they are sending it out priority mail and I should have it in a couple days... Thanks for your help, I think it was Kcharlton who suggested that, but i can't remember. 
I received my prize today and I am so bummed, wasn't worth waiting for. I won an Abduction prize pack. I thought i would get the movie. Nope got a poster and a t-shirt that is way to small for me, oh well what can ya do. Hpefully a big win is in my future.
