Update on $25 Camel Win

FINALLY after repeated phone calls to camel sweepstakes I was awarded the $25 I won last week on the Camel 100 Years IW Game...Cashed it in at Amazon and got the full $25!!! However.... On the $50 win from the Camel Crush sweeps I only got $49 out of $50...So who is scamming who here!!???

I suggest to anyone who is still having issues getting what they won to keep calling and hounding Camel and they will send out emails to UP2U (this is what Camel told me they were going to do for my account issue)...Apparently UP2U listens more to Camel than to us!! Much Luck to everyone!!!
 
I won $25 on June 27 and STILL says code is expired...gonna try calling Camel...apparently my 200 emails to them and Up2you aren't working!!
 
I have never had a problem with any of the Camel code wins until last week. I tried to use a $25 code to purchase a gift card & after having my sale rejected, I found out that my "$25" code was actually $24.89.
 
had major problems with them alot of times they give you the wrong expire date and wont answer emails or they send you the same stock answer if they would of read my email to them they would of found out where the problem was but remmeber this up2u gets to keep all money not used and by giving the wrong expire dates they got to keep the unused amount for all those cards by not answering the emails they made money camel don't really care either i know i went round and round with them i believ if enough people call camel they will use a better company to hand out their rewards

OK, here is what I did to finally get my full amount by redeeming on amazon. I won $25, but amazon kept rejecting it, so I ordered a $15 card, it was approved, then I ordered a $10 card, also approved, so I got the full amount but had to order 2 different cards. I dont know why some folks get the full amount and some don't but this is a work around and amazon doesn't get to keep $1 of your win. They will probably figure this out and start charging for all gift card purchases so hurry
 
It took me 8 months last year (from March til December) to get any help from Camel on collecting the $50 I had won from them. All the emails to the up2u site were NEVER replied to and Camel would always tell me to contact up2u. I finally told them that telling me to contact a site that never would reply to my email was unacceptable and that I won from Camel, not up2u and Camel was the company I was cursing. I got my code the next day.
 
That's the way to do it spoon!! Good for you!!! This is such a mess that when-ever I play the Camel games I cringe with fear that I might win and then have to fight to get what I have won!!! Camel's attitude is what surprize's me that most...They don't act very concerned with this on-going issue......... What a complete mess this is...I truly wonder where the core issue is?? Is it just poor programming on UP2U's part or could it be dishonesty???
