I just got the following email - glad they're addressing it:


Thank you for participating in the Kellogg'sTM Rice Krispies TreatsTM On the Go Text-to-Win Game. Last week, we experienced a technical issue that allowed all visitors to our site to view the winner's page in error. We are very sorry that your participation in this promotion last week was affected by this issue.

In accordance with our rules*, we will be conducting a random drawing from the participants who encountered the error to award fifty (50) $50 prepaid debit cards. :scratch: LOL - I tried to get the movie certificate to print out and got this message:

We are currently performing routine system maintenance. Please check back soon. Your code is still valid. Sorry for the inconvenience.
 
I received the same email and was able to get my movie ticket to print. I thought this was a really nice gesture on their part. Good luck to everyone on the $50.00 debit card drawing. :sunny:
 
I didn't get the email....does that mean I won't be entered into the contest to recieve the debit card?
 
I just got the same email as well....I sent them a reply, thanking them for making it right for everyone who got the winning screen.....even if Im not one of the 50 chosen, I still feel like I won :wave:
 
I also received my e-mail. It came in my junk mail folder. I did print out the coupon. That was very nice of Kellogg's to this!
