no it didn't- I just cleared everything and restarted and that message is back- this seems to only be happening to me- don't understand. I can't access the new sweepstakes - I'm a Plus member, this stinks

Did you submit a ticket using CONTACT US? It's *much* faster than posting in the forums to get a resolution since Ken sees those!

Off & on or always? You can always select a category and use SORT BY in the interim
 
I think you may be on a downed server that is part of the pool. Please restart you computer and also make sure you are using the Sweepstakes Plus site.

its weird- right now at work I can access the New Sweepstakes and thats using a different computer obviously.. but when I get home at night (and its been consistent now for the last few nights) I get that error message. I tried accessing the New Sweepstakes section this morning from my computer and also, again rec'd that error message. So at first I thought it was a timing thing (after 6pm etc) but now it looks like its just my computer which is a brand new HP x360 and I've had less than a week. The first few days after I rec'd that computer, I was able to access the site - but I will submit a ticket like you suggest after I get on that computer again tonight and see if it shows that error message. Thank you
