On June 12, I won a Razor Ripstik from this instant win game. I rec'd the confirmation email and confirmation number via email. It stated I would receive it in 8-10 weeks. It has now been 11 weeks. I have not received any verification email, etc. When I went to the hyperlink on the confirmation email for help or questions, it does not work. I sent an email to "customer service" I found on the rules page. I was wondering if anyone else had any issues receiving their prizes from them and if I am going about contacting them correctly considering the above circumstances. This is one of my 1st wins that wasn't a surprise that just showed up or that wasn't a code or candy so this is all new to me. I made the mistake of telling my 10 yo daughter I won this and she is simply chomping at the bit to receive it and go skate!Thanks, in advance, for any words of wisdom!
