One of my first instagram entries and today I received a message that I won but they were associated with some music place and wanted me to give them my credit card info so I could join them and cancel at any time. Sounded too scammy so I declined.

Yeah, I wouldn't give any personal information. Good call! You might want to post this in Reported Scams with the business name to warn others!
