I'm hoping someone knows better than I do, but what are the rules about the tobacco sweeps? A friend of mine got a UPS notice (but never an email or winning screen) about a next day package and UPS lost the package. I guess UPS wanted to know if it was a box or flat and she called Philip Morris to see what it was. They told her it was a gift card from Copenhagen, when they asked about tobacco usage she was honest and said she smoked but didn't chew and they told her she was ineligible and couldn't even use the website anymore. I read the rules and only see that you must use tobacco, not that there is a difference in how you use it. Was the guy that told her that wrong and can she argue it, or are those actually the rules? They did tell her (before she said she didn't chew) that they wouldn't re- send the gift card.
