time zone

Is there a way to have my times reflect Eastern time. It's confusing for my 24 hour sweeps.

Have you changed it in your member profile? ( Settings/Date & Time Options) ? But I do not know exact what you are trying to accomplish..if I enter sweeps it just shows my time ( mst) If I am no help..(Oh lordy) I will wait and see also what Amy or ArtUp says...

You need to know what to add/subtract to GMT - I'm on PST {West Coast}, so it's -8 GMT

Time Zone:
(GMT -10:00) Hawaii
(GMT -9:00) Alaska
(GMT -8:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)
(GMT -7:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada)
(GMT -6:00) Central Time (US & Canada), Mexico City
(GMT -5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada), Bogota, Lima
