Those Entry Forms With Green Lines on the Left

There are more and more entry forms that have those green lines on the left. But when I hit enter nothing happens. Nothing spins and I get no confirmation. I have no idea if I have entered or not. Does this happen to anyone else?

4] use a different browser or,
5] Try again later.
