Going by this verbiage:

"pending confirmation of your eligibility" and "Please see the attached Official Rules for complete prize details." are just to let you know you were drawn as a winner, and as long as you aren't DQ'ed {Disqualified} for any reason, it looks like you just wait for it to arrive
