so you won camel sweepstakes and cant claim it . That was my problem too.
click to redeem button then fill out the form
now check your birthdate and make sure there are no - or / just plain old number like this 02301980
then get your prize . i sat there for 20 min called camel with out any help and then tried it as shown above and it worked!!! go claim you prizes now
 
Yeah..many thanks to "whiz" who posted solution in sweeps comments.Many of us pulling hair out trying to get it to go thru..lol!
