Um, ok I am sure this is a hoax... anyone else receive an email like this? I'm guessing those Nigerian princes are getting desperate and now they are involved in Publishers Clearing House in..um...India???

Pretty sure Publishers Clearing House does NOT alert you via email for their biggies
