Can someone tell me what I won, I cant make heads nor tails of this. This is the email I got, saying to check out the winners. My name is on the list about halfway through. No email saying that I won, that would have been a surprise win, had I not see this list...... :sunny: well, I guess it still is a surprise win, cause I have no clue what it is.... :laughing: :laughing: :laughing:

:wave: I saw that in the rules, but the only prize that it talks about is a Nikon Rangefinder and that is like $300, so probably some other "appliance". One Grand Prize of $1000 and 31 First prizes.....? Oh well, curiosity is killing me, but I guess I will see when I get it... :whistle:

As I understand the rules, there will be one Grand Prize of $1,000 awarded in early September. There will be one winner per day for each day in August (31 winners). Each of those daily winners gets a "First Prize: A ThermaCELL Realtree APG Appliance. Retail value of each appliance is approximately $30. Total number of prizes to be awarded is 31, one each day in August, 2009." I looked it up and it could be a hardwood mosquito repellent, something like this: http://www.mosquitorepellent.com/realtree-appliance.asp. So, if you are a daily winner, that is probably what you won so far.

If you keep reading the rules,you will see that the 31 daily winners will be entered for the Grand Prize drawing.

This concerns referrals, which is also covered in the rules. The prize for the Top Contender is the Nikon Rangefinder. "REFER A FRIEND RULES: A Nikon Team REALTREE 550 Range Finder will be given away at the end of the giveaway to the four consumers who have the greatest number of referred friends register in the ThermaCELL August Appliance A Day Giveaway. Consumers must refer friends through the "Refer a friend" section on the Giveaway entry form. Consumers may enter up to five friends daily. Each time one of the referred friends registers in the giveaway, the referrer gets a point. The four people with the greatest number of points at the end of the Giveaway win the Range Finders. Name and email address must be valid to be counted. Names and email addresses will be validated. Winners will be announced no later than September 10th, 2009."
