I entered the above sweeps with a hope of a possibility of a win. This came from the Stylefind.com I received a letter in the mail yesterday & was unable to look at it closely until today. It says "Thankyou for entering the Stylefind.com sweepstakes. It is our pleasure to send you this $25.00 Barneys New York gift card that can be applied towards a purchase through Barneys.com. There was NO gift card enclosed & the envelope was not tampered with. If you have any questions about redeeming your gift card, please call 1-800..... This was a legitimate number to a "Barneys" in NY., but they have never heard of the promotion until I called. They are going to investigate & call me back after the weekend. The envelope came from a company that calls itself US Sweepstakes& Fulfillment CO. I can't find any legitimate telephone for them. When I googled it, I came up with a DC # & further down a Rochester # that has the recording of "The Lady" "I'm sorry". My letter was mailed from the Rochester ,NY area. We'll find out Monday I guess. The sweeps was listed here as starting on 11/30/10 and ending on 2/7/11. And of course the rules are no longer available.

Near the end of the Rules, it says,

"Enter As Often As You Like by Mail. Simply mail a postcard including your name, address, email, and daytime phone number to: The StyleFind.com “Ultimate Shoe Giveaway” Sweepstakes, c/o The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co, 625 Panorama Trail Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625..."



The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co has a website which gives two phone numbers:
"Call us today at (585) 248-1575" and from their Contact Us page, "Call us at 1-800-620-6044"

Thankyou so much for your help artup 3. We'll find out Monday when Barney's calls me back or I'll attempt to call those telephone numbers you posted on Monday.

Your best bet is to try to work it out with US Sweepstakes and Fulfillment, not Barney's. Any site can give away a gift card, but it doesn't mean that the merchant had anything to do with the promotion. Look at how many sites give away GC's to Amazon, Starbucks, and iTunes. It does not mean that these vendors sponsored the giveaway. Good luck tracking down your win!

You're welcome. Remember, one phone number looks toll-free but the other one doesn't.

We all know how phone calls can be frustrating, and you are lucky if you get a person, not a machine, to speak with. Even then, keep in mind that the person who answers may not know about the situation, so it takes patience to communicate. With 2,000 people who won the same prize as you did, things could go wrong, but they can be fixed. GL.
