Okay so I just played this so I will try and simplify it for y'all. You enter the house and there is a video from the Rock (don't think you have to watch video unless you want to) click start exploring. There are 4 rooms (arrows on the page will lead you to different rooms) where you are looking for a blue diamond shape. Click on that and the form will pop up. I only had to enter my info once and then on each subsequent room when I clicked on a diamond it popped up and said I was entered without having to re enter info. (There is one blue diamond shape in each of the 4 rooms. There are red diamonds as well, but you are looking for the blue ones.)
