The First 2000 players in Escape to Rewards Game prize redemption.

Thanks to the forum advice I got gift cards for my $15.00 Macy's win and a $ 10.00 gift card to Home Depot.
However, when I try to use the first $20.00 to Best Buy that I won for being one of the first 2000 it doesn't work. I even tried speaking to Customer Service at Best Buy and they told me that the balance on the card was 0. Any one else have the same problem or know how to fix this. Thanks for all the great advice so far!

I never won the Best Buy code,but did you turn it into a gift card?If you bought a gift card with your win code and you got it in the mail,then the fault lies with Best Buy.If you just have the code and are trying to use it online and it doesn't work,then it with Caesars.Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
 
To spend your Macy's go to WWW.TRMarketplace.com
Log in
then click on start shopping
Type Macy's into the search box in the upper left hand corner that says "Find a Store" click enter
Click shop now to open the MAcy's website
now that you're on Macy's website just go to buy a gift card. I picked to send me the card. Enter the amount you won. then go to check out
Once you get to the payment information page scroll down to "Have A Gift card" and click yes
Enter your GIft card number
and voila... you now have a gift card.
 
Or you can just go directly to Macy's and use your code to buy a gift card..you don't have to log onto the TR website.
 
I'm so happy you explained how to do that. I had Home Depot $10 that has sat around in inbox since beginning of May.
I was sooo confused over the get your Total Rewards account confirmed at a casino, I thought it applied to this also.
I just cashed in the code for the gc to be mailed to my home. My brother does shopping there, not me, so this will be given
in plastic form to him.

I'm still waiting for my best buy code and my macy's codes i won. i won them towards the end of the contest. i did receive my home depot code. i won that one the month before
