My wife has a love/hate relationship with sweepstakes. She loves the occasional good prize I win; she hates the time I spend entering them. Her eyes lit up yesterday when a Fedex package arrived from Cadillac. Finally, I 'd won the big one. She opened the package to find which car I had won. Unfortunately, it was only a brochure for the Cadillac crossover vehicle....No prize....Only a note of where I can buy one and the list price.

Maybe next time....

But right now my wife really hates Cadillac!!!

With all the money they're spending on the FedEx packages sounds like they could have given away another car! :scratch:
 
It boggles the mind why a company would spend the money to send a brochure by FedEx---heaven knows I get every catalog and brochure you can think of through the U.S. mail! I know I would have had my hopes up, too.
 
DHL delivered an overnight express envelope last week. Turned out it was just a bunch of envelopes and labels from DHL so that I could try their mailing service. :cussing:

I got my BIGDEP all excited WON a 500.00 HOME DEPOT card in instant win ...Dep wet his pants in excitment.... NEVER came in the MAIL!!! I know the feeling :popcorn: More SWEEPS :popcorn:
 
Yes I received one of the fed ex packages too.... from Cadillac dont know which sweep it was if it was the one that you had to do the favorite cars or what. Oh Well maybe next time.

ohhh man... I thought you won a car too like MteJen when I opened this thread... that sucks... I would have been sooooo p'oed.....

I got the same thing too... Thought it had to be something coming from Fed Ex... A let down is what it was ... Oh well maybe soon for everyone!

What a waste. I got something like that from a whiskey company. Got all excited thinking it was a cd. Turns out it was some kind of fake "calender" telling me what flavors of their whiskey I should try each day from Thanksgiving will Xmas. I dont even drink!
