so i take it we dont have to have afidavits unless we won the bigger prizes so thats good. so who won gltya
 
I got an affidavit for my $5 Visa card yesterday...seriously?? I just sent them an email using your link about it,but hubby's credit union does give me free notary service...or it would cost me $3.45 for an notary and stamp for a $5 card...lol!
 
This was posted on facebook today on the bar game, so im taking it that we dont have to do an affidavit only for the larger prizes mine was a napkin holder valued at 14.00. gltya.
 
I got the affi for a $5 GC win to and decided between the gas to get to the bank and the stamp it would cost me about . . . $5 :laughing: Congrates to those that won and it was worth getting the affi notarized!
