Has anyone received a winning notice on the text to win game?

I won and they texted me to text my email address, which I did, and they replied I would receive a email that day. Its been 2 days and no email and the rules state I have to submit a form within 5 days of the win notification, which I didn't see until the next day. So its been 3 days and I don't know how to get in touch with them.
I was wondering if anyone won and got their email okay, or any ideas what to do.
