Won the Playstation bundle via the online form today. Didn't think this one was going to be generous, I was wrong. Good Luck!
 
Congrats!!! I have been trying to win one since they started! I've been mailing in for codes. Thankfully they have the free option now. I was wondering when I'd see a SA'er win one! =) Good luck to the rest of us!!!
 
Congrats! I've been entering since it started and I go to Taco Bell for lunch fairly frequently. Seems like it would be easy to win with one being given away every 15 minutes, but nooooo...
 
No they haven't asked me to fill anything out yet. I believe the winning page and email says that it will arrive in 6 weeks, nothing else needed other than registering.

Thank you! Everytime I googled it, it wouldn't pop up for me. Should've just done it on SA! And in other bad news, I threw away my code too. There is always next time, and I do already have a PS4, but it's be cool to have gotten a white one, they are hard to come by.
