Have you ever won anything and the only way they contacted you was by phone? Slightly worried ill miss out after I get my number changed

I've had it happen a couple of times but that was before the internet which may make some difference. If you read the rules it will usually tell you how they contact the winner . Sometimes they say they won't leave a message or you have to contact them within a certain length of time, etc. I can't remember the sweepstakes but I actually had some lady call me on a Sunday afternoon. She was working from home and calling winners.

Yes, but at least I don't recall any of them being super major off the top of my head. I think one call was a $100 gift card & another for a computer-printer. I'm not always good at picking up the phone for unknown numbers - so I'm just resigned that I may have missed win notification(s) over my entering history.
